  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Technical Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and clear any personal data, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
